Why the hair loss industry has a $60 million war chest
The hair loss market is a $6 billion industry, and it’s getting more lucrative with each passing year.
As of 2017, the market was worth $60 billion, according to the International Hair Loss Association (IHA).
There are about 1.5 million people worldwide with hair loss and they spend millions on treatments.
The industry is growing fast, and many companies are starting to expand their reach to include more people with hair that’s not currently under control.
The industry has grown at a rate of 2.5% annually for the past decade, according the IHA.
The hair growth industry is still a small part of the overall global hair loss business.
In 2017, there were 2.9 million hair loss professionals in the US alone, but the market grew by a whopping 6.5%.
Hair loss services alone are worth $4 billion in the United States alone, according a 2017 report by the Hair Loss Industry Association.
“The growth in the hair removal industry is largely driven by the growing demand for hair loss services,” said David Lappin, the president of the International Association of Hair Loss Professionals (IAHA).
“In addition to hair loss, the industry is seeing a dramatic increase in patients and new treatments for patients with hair and other body hair, and a growing number of companies are looking to reach into the market for the hair care market.”
In a nutshell, the growth in hair loss is the result of two things: the growing need for treatments and the increasing number of people who are willing to spend money on them.
The industry is thriving because of the growing number and volume of people seeking out treatment, Lappinsaid.
There’s a growing demand because people are spending more money on hair care, Lippinsaid, who has also written a book on the subject, said.
“People are looking for treatments, they’re looking for products, and they’re not satisfied with what they’re getting,” Lippin said.
“And when they’re satisfied with their product, they tend to use it less, and the amount of time that they spend using their product is going down.
This is something that’s been growing, and is now reaching a tipping point where people are going to start seeking out hair loss treatments that they think they can do a better job of.”
The hair loss field has also seen some big advancements in technology.
Hair loss treatments are now available through a range of devices and have become more sophisticated.
Lippsaid said the advancements in hair care technology have been a boon to the industry.
“There are more products that are available to offer, and more treatments available to those people who want to go to the hair reduction industry,” he said.
The growth of the hair market is largely due to the growing desire for hair removal.
Lappinosaid said a lot of people are willing and able to spend the money on treatments, but some people have a natural aversion to the idea.
It’s also partly because of a growing awareness of the dangers of excessive hair growth.
“People are not looking to just cut hair off,” Lappino said.
The IHA reports that more than 1 in 5 people in the U.S. have at least one cut or scar, and about 1 in 3 people will have at some point in their lives a hair loss problem.
Lippins said there are still a lot more people suffering from hair loss than there are treatments available for the condition.
People who have hair loss problems are often confused about the condition, and sometimes don’t know what to do, Lattin said, adding that many people have been hesitant to try out treatments.
“They think, ‘I can’t afford it,'” Lattinsaid said.
Lattina said many people are still confused about hair loss because of their fear of it.
For some, it’s the first time they’ve experienced hair loss at all.
“When I was first diagnosed with my hair loss in 2012, I thought it was a hair condition and it was just something that happened to me,” said Lisa B. Deen, who is 40 and lives in Austin, Texas.
She said she didn’t think about it as a condition until after she had her first cut.
It’s a condition that has been around for thousands of years, but it’s only now becoming more prevalent in the modern era, Lettinasaid.
While it’s true that people don’t always think about hair health before they cut their hair, Littinsaid explained that people can be unaware of the condition until they have it.
“I think it’s really important for people to learn about hair growth,” Lattinasaid said, because they can be at risk for other health problems that could be associated with hair growth, including skin conditions, heart conditions, asthma and other conditions.
