How to buy a hair transplant: How to find the right doctor, and what you should expect
The procedure for getting a hair transplanted is not as simple as you might think, says a consultant in the field.
Dr. S.V. Suresh Kumar says the process can take up to a year and cost as much as $100,000, depending on the type of hair transplant.
“The main thing is to go to a hospital,” he said, and get the proper clearance.
If you can’t get the correct medical clearance, it may not work for you.
To get a hair implant, you must have a problem with your hair or your scalp.
In India, a hair removal is considered cosmetic surgery, and the surgery is usually done in a private clinic.
There are several clinics in India offering hair transplantations.
To start, you will have to go through an appointment with a doctor.
Then you will need to get a tattoo to indicate your approval.
You will have about three to six weeks to undergo a hair and skin transplant.
It is important to note that a hair donation will not work if the hair falls out due to infection or a cold, so the doctor has to take the donor out for a test.
Once you have the tattoo, you can have the donor removed in a lab.
The donor will need about 10 to 15 minutes to be able to urinate and walk and speak normally.
It may take a month or two before the donor is able to get up from the table.
If it’s possible to do the surgery in your home, you should wait until the end of the month to do it.
Dr Kumar says that hair transplantation is considered to be cosmetic surgery in India, and that it can be done anywhere in the world.
The procedure can take time, and even if it works, it is not guaranteed to work.
If your hair transplant is successful, you may get the hair back as long as three years.
But if it does not work, you might need to do a hair cut.
“If it does work, there is a possibility that the hair will grow back again in a month,” said Dr Kumar.
But a hair that has been cut should be washed and kept dry for three to five days.
He recommends that people do not go for hair transplants unless they have a clear medical clearance.
